Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Housing Authorities
Law, as amended, of the State of New Jersey, a body corporate and
politic to be known as the "Housing Authority of the Town of Secaucus,
in the County of Hudson," be and the same is hereby created and established.
The Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to file
a certified copy of this chapter with the Director of the State Department
of Conservation and Economic Development.
