An appeal to the Zoning Board of Adjustment may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of the administrative officer of the municipality based on or made in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or Official Map. Such appeal shall be taken within 65 days of filing a notice of appeal in the manner set forth in Article II, § 19-19A, of this chapter and in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Municipal Land Use Law of 1975.
All decisions by the Planning Board shall be final and, if an appeal is taken, it shall be taken to a court of competent jurisdiction.
All decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall be final and all applications, except for those arising out of N.J.R.S. 40:55D-70d, shall be taken to a court of competent jurisdiction. All appeals arising from the application of N.J.R.S. 40:55D-70d shall be taken to the governing body and shall conform to the procedure and requirements of N.J.R.S. 40:55D-17.
