Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-145.5 et seq. there
is hereby created the position of Superintendent of Public Works.
The Superintendent of Public Works shall be appointed by the Mayor
and Council.
The term of office of the Superintendent of Public Works shall
be for one year.
The Superintendent of Public Works shall perform such duties
as mandated by statute and additional duties as may be assigned from
time to time by the Mayor and Council and/or the Town Administrator.
The salary of the Superintendent of Public Works shall be as
set forth in the annual Salary Ordinance.
