There is hereby created the position of Administrative Assistant
to the Town Attorney. The Administrative Assistant to the Town Attorney
shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council.
The Administrative Assistant to the Town Attorney shall serve
at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
The Administrative Assistant to the Town Attorney shall perform
such duties as are assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council,
Town Attorney and/or the Town Administrator.
The salary of the Administrative Assistant to the Town Attorney
shall be as set forth in the annual Salary Ordinance.
