Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2B:12-10 et seq., there
is hereby created the position of Court Administrator.
The Court Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor and
Council and subject to the terms of N.J.S.A. 2B:12-10 et seq.
The Court Administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor
and Council.
The Court Administrator shall perform such duties as are assigned
from time to time by the Judge of the Municipal Court.
The salary of the Court Administrator shall be as set forth
in the annual Salary Ordinance.
