There is hereby created the position of Court Attendant.
The Mayor and Council shall appoint, from time to time, as many
Court Attendants as deemed necessary. The Court Attendants' term of
office shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
The Court Attendant shall generally assist the Municipal Judge
during sessions of the Municipal Court and shall perform such other
duties as the Municipal Judge shall assign from time to time.
The salary of Court Attendant shall be as set forth in the annual
Salary Ordinance or paid by voucher.
