There is hereby created the position of Medical Escort.
The Mayor and Council shall appoint, from time to time, as many
Medical Escorts as deemed necessary. The Medical Escorts' term of
office shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
The Medical Escort shall perform such duties as are assigned
from time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator, Director
of Social Services and Public Welfare, Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent
and/or any other appropriate supervisor to which the Medical Escort
is assigned.
The salary of Medical Escort shall be as set forth in the annual
Salary Ordinance.
