There is hereby created the position of Fire Subcode Official.
The Fire Subcode Official shall be appointed by the Mayor and
Council. The term of office shall be for one year.
The Fire Subcode Official shall perform such duties as are assigned
from time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator, and/or
the Construction Code Official.
The salary of the Fire Subcode Official shall be as set forth
in the annual Salary Ordinance.
