There is hereby created the position of Electrical Subcode Official.
The Electrical Subcode Official shall be appointed by the Mayor
and Council. The term of office shall be for one year.
The Electrical Subcode Official shall perform such duties as
are assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator,
and/or the Construction Code Official.
The salary of the Electrical Subcode Official shall be as set
forth in the annual Salary Ordinance.
