There is hereby created the position of Animal Warden.
The Mayor and Council shall appoint the Animal Warden. The Animal
Warden's term of office shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor and
Council.
The Animal Warden shall perform such duties as are assigned
from time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator, Superintendent
of the Department of Public Works, and/or any other appropriate supervisor
to which the Animal Warden is assigned.
The salary of the Animal Warden shall be as set forth in the
annual Salary Ordinance.
