Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2B:12-1 et seq., there
is hereby created the position of Judge, Municipal Court. The Judge
of the Municipal Court shall be appointed to a three year term of
office by the Mayor and Council.
In addition to the statutory duties, the Judge of the Municipal
Court shall be the head of the Municipal Court and oversee the daily
operations of the Court.
The salary of the Judge shall be as set forth in the annual
Salary Ordinance.
