As part of the Agreement between the County of Hudson and the
United States Attorney's Office, commencing in September of 2006,
the Town of Secaucus will issue death and marriage certificates, and,
commencing in July of 2015, birth certificates.

A.
Marriage licenses:
(1)
Fifteen dollars for the first certified copy of a marriage certificate
and $5 for each subsequent copy.
B.
Death certificates:
(1)
Fifteen dollars for the first certified copy of a death certificate
and $5 for each subsequent copy.
