A.
No person shall park any vehicle at any time at the Kane Stadium
parking area for more than six hours, except for vehicles displaying
a parking sticker or decal issued by the Secaucus Housing Authority
to residents of Lincoln Towers.
B.
No person shall park any vehicle at any time at the Kane Stadium
parking area between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., except
for vehicles displaying a parking sticker or decal issued by the Secaucus
Housing Authority.
For the purpose of this article, the Kane Stadium parking area
is described as follows:
Beginning at a point approximately 301 feet from the southeasterly
corner of County Avenue, continuing east along Dorigo Lane for a distance
of 114 feet, thence south for a distance of 194.5 feet, thence southwest
for a distance of 33 feet, thence northwest for a distance of approximately
33 feet, thence north for a distance of 167 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person violating Article XVIII, in addition to being subject to the penalties imposed by the Municipal Court, may be subject to having their cars towed from said location and shall be responsible for the costs incurred.
