Any person or agency which is aggrieved by any action taken
under these Zoning Bylaws or any failure to act under these Zoning
Bylaws may appeal to the Board of Appeals pursuant to MGL c. 40A,
§§ 8, 14, and 15. An appeal must be filed within 30
days from the date of grievance.
