This chapter shall be known and may be cited as "The Administrative Regulations of the Borough of Ringwood."

The term "Charter" shall refer to Council-Manager Plan "E" (Article 12A) of the Optional Municipal Charter Law (New Jersey Laws of 1950, Chapter 210, as amended).
