Copies of public records shall be made available to any member of the public upon specific request. The Custodian of the record shall require the requestor to sign a statement setting forth their name, address, and specific public records requested. In the event the records are not immediately available, or require some searching or compilation by the Custodian, the Custodian shall advise the requestor of a specific time when such copies shall be made available, and may require a deposit, not to exceed $10 to cover the cost thereof.

Photocopy Fees
The fee for providing copies of records shall be $0.05 per letter size per page or smaller and $0.07 per legal size page or larger.
Compact Discs (CD)
The fee for providing a standard quality compact disc shall be $0.70 each, unless the public provides a CD in its original package, then there would be no cost to the public.
Audiocassettes
The fee for providing an audiocassette shall be $1 each, unless the public provides an audiocassette(s) in its original package, then there would be no cost to the public.
Videotape
The fee for providing videotape shall be $4.70 each, unless the public provides a videotape in its original package, then there would be no cost to the public.

Redemption Fee:
a. 
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-54 the Tax Collector shall provide to any party entitled to redeem a certificate pursuant to this section (N.J.S.A. 54:5-54) two calculations of the amount required for redemption within a calendar year at no cost. For each subsequent calculation requested from the Tax Collector there shall be a $50 fee. A request for a redemption calculation shall be made in writing to the Tax Collector.
b. 
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1 the Tax Collector shall charge a lien holder of a tax lien $50 for the calculation of the amount due to redeem the tax lien as required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1. Any request for redemption calculation shall specify the date to be used for the calculation, which shall be the date of the notice. Neither the Tax Collector nor the municipality shall be liable for an incorrect calculation. The fee paid to the municipality shall not become part of the lien and shall not be passed on to any party entitled to redeem pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54.

In the event that a Custodian shall be required to spend more than 15 minutes in preparing copies of any records for any individual requestor, either in copying or locating such records, the requestor shall pay a fee in the amount of $5 for each half-hour exceeding the first 15 minutes.
