Town of Wrentham, MA Chapter 210 Registrars, Board of

§ 210-1 Establishment, authority and membership.

A. There shall be a Board of Registrars as authorized by MGL c. 51, § 15.

B. The Board shall be comprised of the Town Clerk and three other persons, who shall be appointed by the Select Board. All appointments shall be made during February or March and shall begin with April 1 following.

§ 210-2 Role and responsibility.

The Board shall hold sessions to register voters as provided by MGL c. 51, § 26, and take such other actions to register voters as required by statute.
