[The Borough of Montvale has entered into a shared services
agreement with the Township of River Vale for the performance of public
works services. While that agreement remains in effect, any references
in the Borough Code to the Department of Public Works and the Superintendent
of Public Works shall be construed to mean the Department of Public
Works and the Superintendent of Public Works of the Township of River
Vale.]
