A.
Cablevision of
Rockland/Ramapo, LLC.
(1)
Cablevision of Rockland/Ramapo, LLC ("Cablevision")
was granted a system-wide franchise by the State of New Jersey Board
of Public Utilities ("BPU"), by order dated December 16, 2010, BPU
Docket No. CE10090684.
(2)
This system-wide franchise grants to Cablevision
the nonexclusive right to operate a cable television franchise in
an area that includes the Borough of Montvale, subject to such restrictions,
terms and conditions as are set forth in the order referenced herein.
(3)
Cablevision subsequently sought renewal of its
system-wide franchise, which was granted by the BPU by order dated
September 22, 2017, effective October 2, 2017, BPU Docket No. CE17040432.
(4)
Cablevision's system-wide franchise shall expire
on September 17, 2024, unless extended by further order of the BPU.

Copies of the orders referenced herein are on file
with the Borough Clerk, 12 Mercedes Drive, Montvale, New Jersey.
B.
Verizon New Jersey,
Inc.
(1)
Verizon New Jersey, Inc. ("Verizon") was granted
a system-wide franchise by the State of New Jersey Board of Public
Utilities ("BPU"), by order dated December 18, 2006, BPU Docket No.
CE06110768.
(2)
This system-wide franchise grants to Verizon the
nonexclusive right to operate a cable television franchise in an area
that includes the Borough of Montvale, subject to such restrictions,
terms and conditions as are set forth in the order referenced herein.

Verizon subsequently sought renewal of its system-wide
franchise, which was granted by the BPU by order dated January 30,
2014, effective February 7, 2014, BPU Docket No. CE13080756.
(4)
Verizon's system-wide franchise shall expire on
December 18, 2020, unless extended by further order of the BPU.
(5)
