The Township, in its proposed Agreement with The York Water Company and others, has designated the Company as its agent to do and perform certain acts for the Township regarding the Lower Windsor Township Water District. Wherever The York Water Company is so designated, either expressly or by implication in the agreement or this article, the said Company, after execution of the agreement, is hereby authorized to act, subject to the terms and provisions of the agreement and this article.
