Dumping will be limited to tow-behind campers and motor homes
that contain a separate, removable storage tank for unit-generated
sewage and grey water. Dumping will not be allowed for busses or vehicles
not intended to be used for recreational camping.
Dumping will be allowed for Village of Bloomfield and Town of
East Bloomfield residents who currently reside in a sewer district.
For Town of East Bloomfield residents who reside outside of the Town
Sewer District, a fee of $10 per dumping will be charged. This fee
amount will be set annually by the Village of Bloomfield Board of
Trustees. The vehicle registration will be used to verify residency
requirements.
Dumping will be allowed during normal DPW working hours only,
and will be observed by DPW staff at all times.
