A-1, Agricultural and Low Density Residential. The A-1 District
is to provide for areas of single-family detached development on large
estate type lots, or cluster developments in rural areas. This district
is also suitable for agricultural uses and will accommodate agriculture
and agriculture-oriented uses. When unbuilt areas are annexed to the
City, they shall be admitted as A-1.
Permitted uses are marked with a "P" in the Unified Use Table
set forth in Division 4.8. Conditional uses, subject to conditional
use permit approval, are marked with a "C" in the Table of Uses. Expressly
prohibited uses are marked with a "NP."
