Public parks are land owned by and under the direct control of the Village of Bloomfield for public use.
The following regulations have been established for all Village public parks:
A. 
No basic design of a park shall be changed without permission of the Village Board of Trustees. All requests will be made in writing to the Village Board.
B. 
No nursery stock shall be removed, replaced or added without consent from the Village Board of Trustees.
C. 
No signs, banners, plaques, monuments, or other forms of recognition shall be placed in any park, either temporarily or permanently, without the consent of the Village Board of Trustees.
D. 
Planting and maintenance of perennials and annuals are the responsibility of the Village or its designee.
E. 
Lawn maintenance and tree/shrub trimming are the responsibility of the Village or its designee.
