Where lines or other markings are painted, placed, signed, or
in some other manner signaled or imprinted on, upon, or about the
public roadways or streets of the Town of West New York to delineate
parking spaces and/or parking stalls, motor vehicles and motorcycles
may only be parked or stationed between such lines or markings, within
the parking spaces or stalls delineated thereby, and only one motor
vehicle or motorcycle may be parked within any parking space or stall
so delineated. Violation of this section shall be subject to a fine
of $47.
