This article
is adopted pursuant to § 487 of the NYS Real Property Tax
Law, as most recently amended by Chapter 263 of the Laws of 1996.
B.
The Village
of Bloomfield provides that no exemption shall be applicable to Village
taxes with respect to any solar or wind energy system constructed
subsequent to the effective date of this article.
This article is to become effective immediately upon filing
with NYS Department of State.
