Editor's Note: This local law was subject to permissive referendum,
but none was called.
The Town Board of the Town of Greenville hereby opts out of
allowing cannabis retail dispensaries and on-site cannabis consumption
sites from being established and operated within the Town’s
jurisdiction, pursuant to §131 of the Cannabis Law of the State
of New York. This local law shall be subject to permissive referendum
as set forth in § 24 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State
of New York, as required by § 131 of the Cannabis Law of the
State of New York.
