There is hereby created the position of Director of Finance/Treasurer.
The Director of Finance/Treasurer shall be appointed by the
Mayor and Council. The term of office of the Director of Finance/Treasurer
shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
The Director of Finance/Treasurer shall perform such duties
as are assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator,
and/or the Chief Financial Officer.
The salary of the Director of Finance/Treasurer shall be as
set forth in the annual Salary Ordinance.
