There is hereby created the position of Plumber Subcode Official.
The Plumber Subcode Official shall be appointed by the Mayor
and Council. The term of the Plumber Subcode Official shall be at
the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
The Plumber Subcode Official shall perform such duties as are
assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator,
the Construction Official and/or any other appropriate supervisor.
The salary of the Plumber Subcode Official shall be as set forth
in the annual Salary Ordinance.
