There is hereby created the position of Laborer.
The Mayor and Council shall appoint, from time to time, as many
Laborers as deemed necessary. The term of the Laborer shall be at
the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
The Laborer shall perform such duties as are assigned from time
to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator, the Superintendent
of Public Works and/or any other appropriate supervisor.
The salary of the Laborer shall be as set forth in the annual
Salary Ordinance.
