§ 52-1 Voting districts established; Council areas.

There shall be 13 voting districts as designated and described on the attached list; and the City Council areas shall be composed as follows:

A. Council Area I: Precincts 2, 3, 4 and 5.

B. Council Area II: Precincts 6, 7, and 8.

C. Council Area III: Precincts 9, 10 and 11.

D. Council Area IV: Precincts 1, 12 and 13.

PRECINCT 84-1:

Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerlines of West Main Street and Centennial Avenue. Thence running southwesterly along the centerline of Centennial Avenue and continuing along the centerline of Oregon Road to its intersection with the centerline of River Road. Thence running southeasterly along the centerline of River Road to its intersection with the centerline of Main Street. Thence running generally easterly and northeasterly along the centerlines of Main Street New Hanover Street to its intersection with the centerline of Prospect Avenue. Thence running westerly along the centerline of Prospect Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Spring Street. Thence running northerly along the centerline of Spring Street to its intersection with the centerline of Highland Avenue.
