Subject to the conditions and restrictions set forth below, the Village Hall may be used by charitable and nonprofit organizations and by the public in general for private, noncommercial purposes. The Village Board of Trustees may, by resolution, at such times as it deems appropriate, establish and thereafter amend the procedures for the reservation of the Village Hall, the time(s) during which it may be used, the frequency with which it may be used by a particular person or entity and similar procedural provisions.
The Village Hall may be used by such entities or persons only when the use thereof does not conflict with its use by the Village for its public purposes.
In no event shall the Village Hall be used for commercial purposes or for any illegal activity.
Such person or entity shall be responsible for any damage to the Village Hall and for its cleaning required after such use.
Such person or entity shall indemnify and hold the Village free and harmless from any injury to person(s) or damage to property occasioned by or resulting from its use of the Village Hall.

The required deposit and/or fee for the use of the Village Hall shall be as set forth on the Village of Dryden Fee Schedule, which Fee Schedule may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.
