No person shall conduct himself/herself in a noisy, boisterous, rude, indecent, insulting or otherwise disorderly manner, so as to annoy the public or disturb its peace and quiet.
No person shall use or cause to be used any radio, sound machine or device, orchestra or any musical instrument or instruments in such a loud volume as to disturb the peace, quiet, and welfare of the public; nor conduct himself/herself in such loud or noisy manner in or on his/her own premises, establishment or place of business, so as to interfere with the repose and welfare of the neighbors or the public; nor shall the proprietor of any restaurant, dance hall, establishment, etc., cause any radio, sound or musical device, or orchestra to be used in such loud or noisy manner as to offend or interfere with the repose and welfare of the neighbors or the public.
All motorized equipment shall be equipped with adequate noise abatement devices so as not to create a public disturbance while on private premises or on Village streets.
No motor vehicle operator shall intentionally make unreasonable and/or unnecessary noise with the vehicle's tires or horn.
No person shall operate any motorcycle, motorbike, go-kart, or other two or three wheeled motorized vehicles either licensed or unlicensed on any lands within the Village without having first received written permission from the owner of such land. This section shall not apply to the owner of such land or to any member of the immediate family of such owner.

Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a violation and the violator shall be punished as set forth on the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule, which Fine Schedule may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.
