Any tanks used for the storage of gasoline, oil or other flammable liquid in excess of 60 gallons, any portion of which have been installed above ground level, shall have constructed under said tank or tanks a dike or other means to prevent discharge of liquid. Where a diked enclosure is required under this section, it shall have a capacity not less than that of the tank or tanks served by the enclosure.

Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a violation and the violator shall be punished as set forth on the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule, which Fine Schedule may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.
