[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Dryden 1-24-1996 (Sec. 10608
of the 1996 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Dryden hereby accepts
the applicability of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and
Building Code for the Village of Dryden and agrees to enforce said
Uniform Code. A Code Enforcement Officer will be appointed by the
Village Board to effect such enforcement.[1]
