Village parks, playgrounds and other public areas of the Village used for recreation and public gathering purposes (such as Montgomery Park, Wall Street Ball Field and Time Square) shall be closed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily; provided, however, that any such area may remain open until 11:00 p.m. for certain events upon approval by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
No person shall throw or place garbage, litter or refuse on any public park or playground.
No vehicle shall be parked at a Village park or playground except in the designated parking area or on the driveway.
Parking of vehicles in any part of a Village park or playground during the hours in which such park or playground is closed is prohibited.
Except with the prior approval of the Board of Trustees, no person shall possess any glass beverage container in any public park or playground, including, but not limited to, Montgomery Park and the Village Green.
Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a violation and the violator shall be punished as set forth on the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule, which Fine Schedule may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.
