Village of Dryden, NY Article II General Penalty

§ 1-3 Fine schedule.

It is the intent of the laws of the Village of Dryden to authorize the establishment of the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule, which Fine Schedule may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees. In the event that any provisions set forth in the laws of the Village of Dryden regarding the imposition and payment of fines and/or other costs are inconsistent with the provisions, fines and costs set forth on the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule, such inconsistent provisions, fines and/or costs shall in each case be superseded by the provisions, fines and costs as set forth in the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule as it may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.
