[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Ardsley 9-15-1986 by L.L. No. 8-1986. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Village of Ardsley, New York, recognizes
that permit and other fees are scattered throughout the Code so that
it is often difficult to locate the fee required in a particular case.
Therefore, a set fee for each activity is hereby enumerated.
The fees set forth in the Code, if different from the fees set forth herein, are hereby canceled, and the fees set forth in this local law are substituted therefor. All of the fees set out herein are for the frequency set forth in § A210-3.
[Last amended 8-6-2007 by L.L. No. 12-2007]
