A. 
All vehicles, trucks and/or tractor-trailer combinations in excess of the weight specified in the schedule are hereby excluded from the streets and highways, or parts thereof, described in Schedule XXV.
B. 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the streets or highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.
A. 
No bus, truck, tractor or tractor-trailer combination in excess of 25 feet in length shall be parked on any street or highway of this City.
B. 
Buses, trucks, tractor or tractor-trailer combinations in excess of 25 feet in length may be parked or left standing for a period of time not in excess of 30 minutes, for comfort only, provided that the prior specific permission of a police officer is obtained.
C. 
No trailer section of a tractor-trailer combination shall be parked or left standing on any street or public place of this City unless connected to a tractor section and in condition to be moved at any time.
D. 
No recreational vehicles over 19 feet in length shall be parked on any street except under the following conditions: The owner, or lessee of real property in the City of Kingston may park a recreational vehicle registered in their name in front of said property along the curb adjoining their property for a maximum of three hours total between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., provided that the parking of said vehicle does not obstruct traffic or violate any provisions of this Code.
