The Seal now in use by said borough, with the following design and inscription,
to wit: an escutcheon on which is engraved on the upper part a ship, in the
center a plow and at the bottom three wheat sheaves, encircled by the words
"Borough of Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania," shall be the common and
Corporate Seal of said Borough Council of the Borough of Media and shall be
kept in the custody of the Borough Secretary, to be affixed by him or the
Mayor to all acts of the corporation requiring the seal, provided that no
order on the Treasurer or act of said corporation attested by said seal shall
be valid or binding on the corporation until signed by said Borough Secretary
and also by the President of the Borough Council.
