It shall be unlawful for any person to operate
a mobile food vending service in the Borough who does not possess
a license, which shall be obtained only after inspection by the Health
Officer. A license and inspection fee therefor shall be $400 for each
annual period. Such license shall be conspicuously displayed on the
mobile vending service and shall not be transferable.
