There are hereby created in the Town of West New York the positions of Principal Clerk-Stenographer in the Department of Public Affairs. The number of said positions hereby created is two.
The duties, work and functions of said positions shall be as now on file with the Clerk of the Town of West New York. The said duties, work and functions are hereby made a part of this chapter.

The salary range of said positions shall be as established by ordinance.
The said salaries shall be paid in weekly installments.
