Under no condition shall any chickens, pigeons,
ducks, geese or other fowl be kept or maintained in any house or tenement
yard.
Such animals as are named in §
322-97 shall under no circumstances be allowed to run at large; they shall be kept confined in a suitable house or coop with an enclosed runway.
The house or coop flooring should be watertight
and in a sanitary condition and shall be cleaned weekly and oftener
if required.
No part of a coop shall be less than 20 feet
from the windows or door of any dwelling.
