The provisions of this Article shall apply except
when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other
traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or
official traffic control device.
The parking and/or standing of all vehicles
is prohibited on all streets within the Village of Belle Terre.
No person shall park any motor vehicle or other
vehicle except in any parking field or other lands owned or leased
by the Village of Belle Terre in any manner other than as designated
thereon by appropriate markings.

The following locations are hereby allocated
to Belle Terre Village residents only, provided that appropriate stickers
as distributed by the Village are securely affixed to the vehicle
to be parked:
A.
The Village of Belle Terre residents' beach located
at the north end of Nonowantuc Trail and extending in a westerly direction.
B.
The municipal parking area located at the westerly
end of Beach Road.
C.
The municipal parking area located at the westerly
end of Saints Orchard Road.
D.
The municipal parking area located at the east end
of Park Lane for the use of the park facilities.
