Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or who shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall, after notice and upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, § 1-17A and B, of the Code of the Borough of Palmerton. Each day that a violation continues after due service of notice, as provided in such Code, shall be deemed a separate offense.
