A. 
Sale of split firewood. The fee for sale of split firewood shall be $100 per cord, which shall be collected by the Department of Public Works of the City of Clifton.

B. 
Parking signs. The fee for parking signs shall be $3 each, which fee shall be collected by the Department of Public Works of the City of Clifton.

The fees for birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates and any corrections thereto shall be as follows:

A. 
The fee for information contained on the Tax Assessor's records shall be $5 per report.
B. 
The fee for a copy of a residential record card shall be $3 per record card and the fee for a commercial property record card shall be $5 per record card.
C. 
Upon request, the Tax Collector will furnish a duplicate tax bill free of charge. The fee for each additional copy shall be $5.
D. 
There shall be a fee of $25 for the issuance of any certificate of redemption in connection with a tax sale certificate.

E. 
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-54 and N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1, any party entitled to redeem a tax lien certificate shall be provided with two calculations of the amount required for redemption within a calendar year at no cost. There shall be a fee of $50 for each subsequent request made of the Tax Collector for calculation of the amount required for redemption in any one calendar year.

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-26, a fee of $25 is hereby established for the costs of mailing each notice of tax sale for each particular property.

The fee for any check presented to the City of Clifton that is not honored by the financial institution shall be $35 per check.
The fee for discovery requested for a matter pending before the Clifton Municipal Court shall be $20 per request.

A. 
The fee for the Police Department reproduction of a videotape or audiotape shall be as follows:
(1) 
Reproduction of videotape: $50 per tape.
(2) 
Reproduction of audiotape: $20 per tape.
B. 
The fee for any other department of the City of Clifton for the reproduction of a videotape or audiotape shall be as follows:
(1) 
Less than two hours' playing time: $10 per tape.
(2) 
Over two hours' and less than four hours' playing time: $16 per tape.
(3) 
Over four hours' playing time: $20 per tape.

The fees for Health Department services shall be as follows:
A. 
Female cancer screening: $25.

Colorectal slides: $10.
C. 
Influenza vaccinations: $20.
D. 
Pneumonia vaccinations: $35.

Annual indoor smoking exemption application: $400. Application must be filed with the Health Department on or before April 15 of each year and must comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, N.J.S.A. 26:3D-55 et seq.

A person applying for representation by a Municipal Public Defender shall be required to pay an application fee of not more than $200, the amount to be determined in the discretion of the Municipal Court. The fee may be waived if the Court determines upon clear and convincing showing by the applicant that the fee represents an unreasonable burden on the applicant.

A. 
Copies of the Official Zoning Book/Map of the City of Clifton shall be available to the public in the office of the City Clerk. The fee for each copy of the Zoning Book/Map shall be $45.

B. 
Copies of the Official Master Plan of the City of Clifton shall be available to the public in the office of the City Clerk. The fee for each copy of the Master Plan shall be $25.

The fees for Municipal Court services shall be as follows:
A. 
Transcript of docket, without court seal: $4.
B. 
Transcript of docket, with court seal: $10.

There is hereby established a fee for the use of credit cards and electronic checks for the payment of real estate taxes, interest, penalties and municipal charges and/or fees. The fee shall be $0.50 for electronic check payments, and a fee of 3% for electronic credit card payments, with a minimum fee of $1.

There shall be an annual fee of $25 per plot for community gardening privileges at Schultheis Farm, payable to the City of Clifton, which shall be deposited by the City in such fund(s) to be used for operating, maintenance or capital expenses related to the City's funded parkland; or to the recreation program as a whole, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:36-25.13(e).

A. 
For accident reports requested in person, the fee shall be $0.05 per page for letter-size copies, and $0.07 for legal-size copies, in accordance with the requirements of the Open Public Records Act (OPRA).[1]

B. 
For accidents reports requested other than in person or online, in addition to the fees set forth in Subsection A, there shall be an additional fee of $5 to cover the administrative costs of the report in accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:4-131.
C. 
For online access to police accident reports there shall be a fee of $5.

Each owner/operator whose vehicle has been towed in accordance with Article I of Chapter 425 shall, at the time of receiving a tow sheet and vehicle release paperwork from the Clifton Police Department, pay the City of Clifton the sum of $25 to offset the costs incurred by the City of Clifton in the administration of towing services including, but not limited to, the mailing of mandatory notices, telephone calls, fax transmissions, emails, document preparation and other administrative services rendered in connection with towed vehicles.
