It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stand or park such motor vehicle at any time on the following streets and roads in the apartment project known as "Country Club Towers II" in the City of Clifton:
The main entrance circular roadway, both sides.
The westerly service roadway, center.
The portion of said westerly service roadway upon which parking is prohibited is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Hepburn Road distant 80 feet more or less, easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Hepburn Road and the easterly side of the Garden State Parkway, and running thence northerly on a curve to the right with a radius of 108 feet more or less an arc distance of 90 feet more or less to a point distant 24 feet easterly from the easterly side of the Garden State Parkway, thence northerly parallel to and 24 feet easterly from the easterly side of the Garden State Parkway 115 feet more or less to a P.C.; thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 108 feet more or less an arc distance of 80 feet more or less to a point distant 24 feet southerly from the southerly side of the Garden State Parkway; thence easterly parallel to and 24 feet southerly from the southerly side of the Garden State Parkway 115 feet more or less; thence easterly 55 feet more or less to a point distant three feet more or less, southerly from the southerly side of the Garden State Parkway; thence southerly 39 feet more or less; thence easterly parallel to and 42 feet southerly from the southerly side of the Garden State Parkway 90 feet or less; thence southerly 15 feet more or less; thence westerly parallel to the Garden State Parkway 100 feet more or less; thence southerly 12 feet more or less to a point distant 69 feet more or less southerly from the southerly side of the Garden State Parkway; thence easterly parallel to the Garden State Parkway 100 feet more or less to a curb; thence southerly along the same 20 feet more or less to a curb; thence westerly along the same and its various courses 56 feet more or less; thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 224 feet an arc distance of 154 feet more or less to a P.T.; thence westerly parallel to and 56 feet southerly from the southerly side of the Garden State Parkway 55 feet more or less to a P.C.; thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 76 feet an arc distance of 56 feet more or less to a P.T.; thence southerly parallel to and 56 feet easterly from the easterly side of the Garden State Parkway 115 feet more or less to a P.C.; thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 76 feet an arc distance of 60 feet more or less to the northerly side of Hepburn Road; thence westerly along the same 32 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
The Chief of Police is hereby directed to have proper signs and pavement markings calling attention to the provisions of this article erected or placed along said street.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
