No person shall park any vehicle at any time
on those certain streets or portions thereof located in the City of
Clifton on lands occupied by the Clifton High School as are more particularly
shown and laid down and marked in red on a sketch entitled "No Parking
Regulations, Clifton High School, Clifton, New Jersey," dated March
23, 1966, prepared by the Department of Engineering of the City of
Clifton and consisting of one sheet numbered A-2-132, three copies
of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk and one copy
of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles of
the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to public inspection.
The Chief of Police is hereby directed to have
proper signs calling attention to the provisions of this article erected
or placed along said streets.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a
provision of this article shall be liable to a penalty of not more
than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
