GENERAL REFERENCES
Wetlands and watercourses — See Ch. 230.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby
designated as the Aquifer Protection Agency of the Town of Cromwell
in accordance with the provisions of C.G.S. § 22a-354o and
shall have all of the rights, powers and duties allowed by law.
The Aquifer Protection Agency shall adopt regulations
for aquifer protection in accordance with C.G.S. § 22a-354p
and other applicable laws.
