Borough of Beach Haven, NJ Article I Restrictions on Licensees

§ 120-1 Violation of licensee restrictions.

Any licensee who shall suffer, permit or allow a violation to occur of any of the restrictions imposed by the Council, upon the issuance of its license, shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this article, and for such violation, said licensee shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, § 1-16, of the Code of the Borough of Beach Haven, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey. Said violations may be cited by any police officer employed by the Borough of Beach Haven.
