There is hereby established municipal parking lots, including rules and regulations, on the following municipal properties:
A. 
Centre Street Parking Lots: Block 149, Lot 6.02 and Block 150, Lot 7.01 (located between Bay Avenue and Delaware Avenue).

(1) 
Parking of a vehicle or trailer for more than three hours is prohibited between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
B. 
Taylor Avenue Parking Lot: The entire area west of an including Delaware Avenue between and including Taylor Avenue and 9th Street, and Block 202, Lot 11.

Parking of a vehicle or trailer is prohibited between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.
C. 
Engleside Avenue Parking Lot: Block 133, Lot 2 (located to the west of the police station on Engleside Avenue)

The parking of any vehicle, including trailers, on this parking lot for more than 48 hours total, concurrent or noncurrent, within any seven-day period is prohibited. Fire, first aid, emergency management or any municipal vehicles are exempt from this section.
A. 
Parking on any parking lot in the Borough owned by the Borough shall be only in accordance and conformity with the directional and instructional signs posted by the Borough, and vehicles shall only be parked within the confines of the parking spaces marked thereon by the Borough.
B. 
The parking of any vehicle, including trailers, on any parking lot owned by the Borough of Beach Haven for more than 48 hours total, concurrent or nonconcurrent, within any seven-day period is prohibited. Fire, first aid, emergency management or any municipal vehicles are exempt from this session.
A. 
At the direction of a law enforcement officer, any vehicle parked in violation of this chapter may be subject to being towed or otherwise removed from the parking space and stored at such cost and expense to the owner or operator of the motor vehicle.
B. 
Any person(s) found to be in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to Chapter 1, § 1-16, General penalty provisions, of the Code of the Borough of Beach Haven.
